CHAP. 251.— An Act For the relief of Charles Smith. February 20, 1931.[[H. R. 566](/us/bill/71/hr/566).][[Private, No. 351](/us/pvtl/71/351).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administration Charles Smith. Military record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Charles Smith, who was a member of Company A, Seventh Regiment United States Cavalry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of that organization on the 2d day of February, 1876: *Provided,* That no bounty, *Proviso.* No back pay, etc. back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
