CHAP. 250.— An Act For the relief of William S. McWilliams. February 20, 1931.[[H. R. 318](/us/bill/71/hr/318).][[Private, No. 350](/us/pvtl/71/350).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administration William S. McWilliams. Military record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers William S. McWilliams, who was a member of Troop E, First Regiment United States Cavalry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of that organization on the 26th day of July, 1899: *Provided,* That no *Proviso.* No back pay, etc. bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
