R. 13130](/us/bill/71/hr/13130).][[Public, No. 553](/us/pl/71/553).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the consentBogue Chitto River.Louisiana may bridge, between Sun and Bush. of Congress is hereby granted to the Louisiana Highway Commission to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Bogue Chitto River, at a point suitableConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. to the interests of navigation, between Sun and Bush, Louisiana, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, January 12, 1931.
