L. Montague, his heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, by the Act of Congress approved December 15, 1928, are hereby extended one and two years, respectively, from December 15, 1929. Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, May 13, 1930.
