CHAP. 246.— An Act For the relief of Marmaduke H. Floyd. May 12, 1930[[H. R. 1444](/us/bill/71/hr/1444)][[Private, No. 26](/us/pl/71/26)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administrationMarmaduke H. Floyd.Military record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Marmaduke H. Floyd, who was a first lieutenant in the Three hundred and fourth Stevedore Regiment, Quartermaster Corps, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as an officer of said regiment on the 22d day of March, 1918: *Provided*, That no back pay, compensation, or allowance shall be*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
