CHAP. 245.— An Act For the relief of Kenneth M. Orr. May 12, 1930[[H. R. 389](/us/bill/71/hr/389)][[Private, No. 25](/us/pl/71/25)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Kenneth M. Orr.Military record corrected. That in the administration of the compensation laws and laws conferring rights and privileges upon honorably discharged soldiers, sailors, marines, and so forth, their widows and dependent relatives, Kenneth M.
Orr shall 1743hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the United States Navy as a fireman, first class, November 20, 1922: *Provided*, That no back pay, pension, or allowances shall be*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act. Approved, May 12, 1930.
