T. Franks, his heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, by an Act Vol. 45, p. 1322.*Ante*, p. 78.of Congress approved February 26, 1929, heretofore extended by Act of Congress approved March 3, 1930, are hereby further extended one and three years, respectively, from February 26, 1931. Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment.expressly reserved. Approved, February 20, 1931.
