CHAP. 241.— An Act Authorizing the Secretary of the Navy, in his discretion, to deliver to the custody of the Charleston Museum, of Charleston, South Carolina, the ship’s bell, war record, and silver service of the cruiser Charleston that is now, or may be in his custody. C. of the Navy be, and he is hereby authorized in his discretion, to deliver to the custody of the Charleston Museum, of Charleston, South Carolina, the ship’s bell, war record, and silver service of the cruiser Charleston that is now, or may be, in his custody: *Provided*,*Proviso*.No Government expense. That no expense shall be incurred by the United States through the delivery of said articles. Approved, May 12, 1930.
