CHAP. 240.— An Act Authorizing the Secretary of the Navy, in his discretion, to deliver to the president of the Lions Club, of Shelbyville, Tennessee, a bell of any naval vessel that is now, or may be, in his custody; and to the president of the Rotary Club, of Shelbyville, Tennessee, a steering wheel of any naval vessel that is now, or may be, in his custody. R. 6645](/us/bill/71/hr/6645).][[Public, No. 191](/us/pl/71/191).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the SecretaryShelbyville.
Tenn.Presentation to Lions Club of, a naval vessel bell, and to Rotary Club of, a steering wheel. of the Navy be, and he is hereby, authorized, in his discretion, to deliver to the president of the Lions Club, of Shelbyville, Tennessee, a bell of any naval vessel that is now, or may be, in his custody; and to deliver to the president of the Rotary Club, of Shelbyville, Tennessee, a steering wheel of any naval vessel that is now, or may be, in his custody: *Provided*, That no expense shall be incurred by*Proviso.*No Government expense. the United States through the delivery of said bell and steering wheel.
