CHAP. 24.— Joint Resolution To provide for the expenses of a delegation of the United States to the sixth meeting of the Congress of Military Medicine and Pharmacy to be held at Budapest in 1931. December 23, 1930.[[H. J. Res. 253](/us/bill/71/hjres/253).][[Pub. Res., No. 113](/us/bill/71/pubres/113).] Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, Congress of Military Medicine and Pharmacy, Budapest.Sum authorized for participation expenses.*Post*, p. 1579.
That there is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, such sum, not exceeding $10,000, as may by the President be considered necessary for the expenses of participation by the United States through delegates appointed by the President in the Sixth International Congress of Military Medicine and Pharmacy to be held at Budapest or such other place as may be determined upon, including travel expenses, subsistence or per diem in lieu thereof (notwithstanding the provisions of any other Act), compensation of employees, stenographic Contracts without advertising.[R.
