CHAP. 217.— An Act To authorize the disposition of certain public lands in the State of Nevada. February 18, 1931.[[S. 557](/us/bill/71/s/557).][[Public, No. 676](/us/pl/71/676).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Western Western Pacific Railroad Company.Sale of certain lands to.Pacific Railroad Company, a California corporation, be permitted to purchase from the United States, at the price of $2.50 per acre, the south half of the southwest quarter of section 28, township 34 north, range 6G east, Mount Diablo meridian, in Elko County,1168Nevada, containing eighty acres; and that patent shall, after such *Provisos*.Application and payment.purchase, issue to said company therefor: *Provided*, That the Western Pacific Railroad Company file in the district land office at Carson City, Nevada, an application for the said lands, and tender payment therefor at the price fixed herein within sixty days of the Mineral, etc., rights reserved.passage of this Act: *Provided further*, That patent issued under the provisions of this Act shall be subject to and contain a reservation to the United States of all the coal and other minerals in the land so patented, except sand and gravel, together with the right to prospect tor, mine, and remove the same.
