CHAP. 215.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to Helena S. Raskob to construct a dam across Robins Cove, a tributary of Chester River, Queen Annes County, Maryland. April 25, 1930.[[S. 3135](/us/bill/71/s/3135).][[Public, No. 170](/us/pl/71/170).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Robins Cove, tributary of Chester River.Helena S. Raskob may dam, in Queen Annes County, Md. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to Helena S.
Raskob, and her successors and assigns, to construct and maintain a dam at a point on her property across Robins Cove, a small tributary of the Chester River, near the town of Centreville, in the county of Queen Annes, in the State of Maryland, in accordance with the provisions of Vol. 30, p. 1151.section 9 of the River and Harbor Act, approved March 3, 1899: *Proviso*.Power use not authorized.*Provided*, That this Act shall not be construed to authorize the use of such dam to develop water power or generate hydroelectric energy.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, April 25, 1930.
