CHAP. 213.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to Berks County, State of Pennsylvania, to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge across the Schuylkill River at or near Reading, Pennsylvania. April 24, 1930.[[H. R. 9931](/us/bill/71/hr/9931).][[Public, No. 169](/us/pl/71/169).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Schuylkill River.Berks County, Pa., may bridge, at Reading. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the Commissioners of Berks County, Pennsylvania, to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Schuylkill River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near the westerly end of Buttonwood Street in the city of Reading, Pennsylvania, and connecting at or near the easterly end of Valley Street in the Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.borough of West Reading, in Berks County, Pennsylvania, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, April 24, 1930.
