CHAP. 211.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Civil War and certain widows and dependent children of soldiers and sailors of said war. February 17, 1931.[[H. R. 13518](/us/bill/71/hr/13518).][[Private, No. 342](/us/pvtl/71/342).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Administrator Pensions.of Veterans’ Affairs be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, The name of Orlenia Millsaps, widow of John S.
Millsaps, late of Pension. Orlenia Millsaps.Company H, Ninth Regiment Missouri State Militia Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of $30 per month. The name of Annie Bell, widow of John Bell, late of Company Pensions increased. Annie Bell.G, Twenty-first Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of $40 per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. The name of Mary A.
