R. 8637](/us/bill/71/hr/8637).][[Public, No. 167](/us/pl/71/167).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That hereafter Coast Guard.Commandant to have same rank, etc., of chiefs of bureaus of Navy Department.Vol. 40, p. 717.the commandant of the Coast Guard shall, while so serving, have corresponding rank and shall receive the same pay and allowances as are now or may hereafter be prescribed by or in pursuance of Jaw for chiefs of bureaus of the Navy Department.
