Res., No. 31](/us/bill/71/pubres/31).] Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the sum of $55,000Iceland.Appropriation for participating in millennial anniversary of the Althing of. is appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to continue available until June 30, 1931, for expenses of participation by the United States in the celebration of the one thousandth anniversary of the Althing, the National Parliament of Iceland, as authorized by Public Resolution Numbered 18, Seventy-first*Ante*, p. 40.
