CHAP. 205.— For the relief of Eugenia A. Helston. February 16, 1931.[[H. R. 3935](/us/bill/71/hr/3935).][[Private, No. 341](/us/pvtl/71/341).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administration Joseph Helston. Military record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Joseph Helston, who was a member of the Second Regiment Illinois Volunteer Cavalry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been mustered in July 1, 1861, and honorably discharged October 17, 1865, from the military service of the United States as a member of that organization: *Provided,* That *Proviso.* No back pay, etc. no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
