CHAP. 197.— An Act For the relief of Tracy Lee Phillips. February 14, 1931.[[H. R. 10365](/us/bill/71/hr/10365).][[Private, No. 337](/us/pvtl/71/337).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Tracy Lee Phillips.Naval record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws or of any laws conferring rights, privileges, or benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers and sailors Tracy Lee Phillips shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged on August 25, 1919, from the naval service*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. of the United States during the World War: *Provided*, That no back pay, compensation, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
