CHAP. 194.— An Act For the relief of Sterling S. Ball. February 14, 1931.[[H. R. 8253](/us/bill/71/hr/8253).][[Private, No. 334](/us/pvtl/71/334).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the ComptrollerSterling S. Ball.Credit in accounts of, for lost postal funds. General of the United States is authorized and directed to credit the accounts of Sterling S. Ball, former postmaster at Kahoka, Missouri, with the sum of $177.98, representing the value of war-savings stamps and other property lost from the post office at Kahoka, Missouri, on December 19, 1918.
Sec. 2. The sureties on the bond of Sterling S. Ball as such postmasterLiability released. are relieved from any liability on account of such loss. Approved, February 14, 1931.
