CHAP. 192.— An Act For the relief of Rebecca E. Olmsted. February 14, 1931.[[H. R. 3428](/us/bill/71/hr/3428).][[Private, No. 332](/us/pvtl/71/332).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That Rebecca E.Rebecca E. Olmsted.Designated beneficiary, under Army gratuity Act. Olmsted, mother of Lieutenant Robert S. Olmsted, Air Service, United States Army, shall be regarded as the duly designated beneficiary and dependent of the late Robert S. Olmsted, under the ActVol. 41, p. 367. approved December 17, 1919 (Forty-first Statutes, page 367). Approved, February 14, 1931.
