CHAP. 181.— An Act For the relief of Daisy O. Davis. March 5, 1931.[[S. 182.](/us/bill/71/s/182)][[Private, No. 496.](/us/pvtl/71/496)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Daisy O. Davis.Disability claim of, to be examined. That in the administration of the Employees’ Compensation Act of September 7, 1916, as amended, the Employees’ Compensation Commission is hereby authorized, notwithstanding the lapse of time, to examine and consider the claim of Daisy O.
Davis, who is alleged to have *Proviso*.No prior benefits. suffered injury while employed on or about September 12, 1923, in the Treasury Department: *Provided*, That no benefits thereunder shall accrue prior to the enactment of this Act. Approved, March 5, 1931.
