CHAP. 180.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to rebuild, reconstruct, maintain, and operate the existing railroad bridge across the Cumberland River near the town of Burnside, in the State of Kentucky. April 18, 1930.[[S. 3618](/us/bill/71/s/3618).][[Public, No. 138](/us/pl/71/138).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Cumberland River.Cincinnati, New Orleans and Texas Pacific Railway Company may rebuild, etc., bridge across, near Burnside, Ky.
That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the Cincinnati, New Orleans and Texas Pacific Railway Company, lessee of the Cincinnati Southern Railway, and to its successors and assigns, to rebuild, reconstruct, maintain, and operate its existing railroad bridge and the approaches thereto across the Cumberland River, in the county of Pulaski, in the State of Kentucky, near the town of Burnside, Construction.Vol. 34, p. 86.in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, April 18, 1930.
