CHAP. 179.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the superintendent of public works of the State of New York to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge across the Hudson River at the southerly extremity of the city of Troy. April 18, 1930.[[S. 2719](/us/bill/71/s/2719).][[Public, No. 137](/us/pl/71/137).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the consentHudson River.New York may bridge, at Troy.*Post*, p. 1054. of Congress is hereby granted to the superintendent of public works of the State of New York to construct, maintain, and operate a free 172highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Hudson River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near the southerly Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.extremity of the city of Troy, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, April 18, 1930.
