CHAP. 171.— An Act To authorize per capita payments to the Indians of the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation, South Dakota. April 15, 1930.[[H. R. 9306](/us/bill/71/hr/9306).][[Public, No. 131](/us/pl/71/131).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the SecretaryPine Ridge Reservation, S. Dak.Per capita payments to Indians of, from tribal funds. of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized, in his discretion and under such rules and regulations as he may prescribe, to make reasonable per capita payments to the Indians of the Pine Ridge Reservation from their tribal funds on deposit in the Treasury ofVol. 36, p. 442. the United States under the Act of May 27, 1910 (Thirty-sixth Statutes at Large, page 442): *Provided*, That not to exceed $7.50*Proviso*.Yearly limit. per capita shall be paid in any one year.
