April 15, 1930.[[S. 3714](/us/bill/71/s/3714).][[Public, No. 126](/us/pl/71/126).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the times forWabash River.Time extended for bridging, at Mount Carmel, Ill. commencing and completing the construction of the bridge across the Wabash River at Mount Carmel, Wabash County, Illinois, authorized to be built by the State of Illinois and the State of Indiana by the Act of Congress approved March 3, 1925, heretoforeVol. 43, p. 1131. extended by the Acts of Congress, approved July 3, 1926, March 2, 1927, March 29, 1928, and January 25, 1929, are hereby extendedVol. 45, p. 1094. one and three years, respectively, from March 29, 1930.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, April 15, 1930.
