CHAP. 158.— An Act For the relief of Francis J. Moore. February 13, 1931.[[H. R. 6544](/us/bill/71/hr/6544).][[Private, No. 328](/us/pvtl/71/328).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Francis J. Moore.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Francis J. Moore, who was a member of Company G, Second Regiment United States Veteran Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a *Proviso*.No back pay, etc.private of that organization on the 2d day of March, 1866: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
