CHAP. 157.— An Act For the relief of William Befuhs (deceased), otherwise known as Charles Cameron. February 13, 1931.[[H. R. 6197](/us/bill/71/hr/6197).][[Private, No. 327](/us/pvtl/71/327).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administrationWilliam Befuhs, alias Charles Cameron.Military record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers William Befuhs (deceased), otherwise known as Charles Cameron, who was a member of Company B, Twenty-eighth Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of that organization on the 31st day of March, 1864: *Provided*, That no*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
