CHAP. 157.— An Act For the relief of Lieutenant Arthur W. Babcock, Supply Corps, United States Navy. April 14, 1930[[H. R. 3101](/us/bill/71/hr/3101)][[Private, No. 11](/us/pl/71/11)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the GeneralLieutenant Arthur W. Babcock, Navy.Credit allowed in accounts of. Accounting Office is hereby authorized and directed to credit the accounts of Lieutenant Arthur W. Babcock, Supply Corps, United 1636States Navy, in the amount of $402, which sum represents payments made to Willie Perry Conway, aviation chief machinist’s mate, Fleet Naval Reserve, for retainer pay during the period from July 1, 1927, to December 31, 1927, disallowed by the Comptroller General in Statement of Differences K–25607–N dated April 28, 1928.
