CHAP. 155.— An Act For the relief of Samuel W. Greer. February 13, 1931.[[H. R. 5902](/us/bill/71/hr/5902).][[Private, No. 325](/us/pvtl/71/325).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administrationSamuel W. Greer.Military record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Samuel W. Greer, who was a member of Company M, Third Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of that organization on the 1st day of December, 1898: *Provided*, That no*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
