CHAP. 154.— An Act For the relief of Carlton Olin, otherwise known a Stephen Cebra. February 13, 1931.[[H. R. 5787](/us/bill/71/hr/5787).][[Private, No. 324](/us/pvtl/71/324).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Carlton Olin, alias Stephen Cebra.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Carlton Olin, who was a member of1983Battery B, Fourth Regiment United States Artillery, having enlisted under the name of Stephen Cebra, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a private of that organization on the 2d day of November, 1865: *Provided*, That no bounty, back*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
