CHAP. 153.— An Act For the relief of Leo B. Thome. February 13, 1931.[[H. R. 2315](/us/bill/71/hr/2315).][[Private, No. 323](/us/pvtl/71/323).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Leo B. Thome.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Leo B. Thome, who served in Company G, Sixth Regiment United States Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of that organization*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. on the 20th day of October, 1901: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
