CHAP. 152.— An Act For the relief of Arthur W. Taylor. February 13, 1931.[[H. R. 2312](/us/bill/71/hr/2312).][[Private, No. 322](/us/pvtl/71/322).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Arthur W. Taylor.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Arthur W. Taylor, who was a member of Battery K, Third United States Artillery, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of that organization*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. on the 16th day of August, 1899: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
