CHAP. 151.— An Act For the relief of Martha J. Tonguet. February 13, 1931.[[H. R. 1966](/us/bill/71/hr/1966).][[Private, No. 321](/us/pvtl/71/321).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Larkin Tonguet.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Larkin Tonguet, who was a member of Company F, Fiftieth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from military service of the United States as a member of that*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. organization on the 20th day of January, 1865: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
