CHAP. 150.— An Act For the relief of Charles F. Reilly. February 13, 1931.[[H. R. 1884](/us/bill/71/hr/1884).][[Private, No. 320](/us/pvtl/71/320).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administrationCharles F. Reilly.Military record corrected. of the pension laws Charles F. Reilly, late of Company D, Ninth Regiment United States Infantry, and Army Service Detachment, West Point, New York, shall hereafter be held to have been honorably discharged from service in the military forces of the1982United States on December 18, 1902, and July 25, 1917, respectively: *Proviso*.No prior pension, etc. *Provided*, That no pension, bounty, pay, or other emolument shall accrue prior to the enactment of this Act.
