CHAP. 148.— An Act For the relief of Angenora Hines. February 13, 1931.[[H. R. 1612](/us/bill/71/hr/1612).][[Private, No. 318](/us/pvtl/71/318).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administrationJoseph Hines.Military record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Joseph Hines, who was a member of Company E, Tenth Veteran Reserve Corps, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of that organization on the 23d day of March, 1864: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension,*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
