CHAP. 147.— An Act For the relief of John W. Leich, alias John Leach. February 13, 1931.[[H. R. 1594](/us/bill/71/hr/1594).][[Private, No. 317](/us/pvtl/71/317).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administrationJohn W. Leich, alias John Leach.Military record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers John W. Leich, alias John Leach, who was a member of Company B, Sixty-seventh Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of that organization on the 12th day of July, 1864: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
