CHAP. 145.— An Act For the relief of Harry Hamlin. February 13, 1931.[[H. R. 477](/us/bill/71/hr/477).][[Private, No. 315](/us/pvtl/71/315).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Harry Hamlin.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Harry Hamlin, who was a member of Troop H, Fourth Regiment United States Cavalry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member *Proviso*.No back pay, etc.of that organization on the 28th day of September, 1903: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
