CHAP. 144.— An Act For the relief of Samuel B. Faulkner. February 13, 1931.[[H. R. 474](/us/bill/71/hr/474).][[Private, No. 314](/us/pvtl/71/314).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Samuel B. Faulkner.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Samuel B. Faulkner, who was a member of Company E, Third Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of that organization on the 21st day of April, 1899: *Proviso*.No back pay, etc. *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
