CHAP. 142.— An Act For the relief of Lowell G. Fuller. February 13, 1931.[[H. R. 397](/us/bill/71/hr/397).][[Private, No. 312](/us/pvtl/71/312).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administrationLowell G. Fuller. Military record corrected. of the pension laws and laws conferring rights and privileges upon honorably discharged soldiers, sailors, and marines, their widows and dependent relatives, Lowell G.
Fuller shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged March 30, 1899, from the military service of the United States in his final service as an electrician sergeant of the post noncommissioned staff United States Army, Fort Monroe, Virginia: *Provided*, That no*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. pension, bounty, pay, or other emoluments shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
