CHAP. 141.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the State of New York to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge across the Allegheny River at or near Red House, New York. R. 9988](/us/bill/71/hr/9988).][[Public, No. 121](/us/pl/71/121).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the consentAllegheny River.New York may bridge, at Red House. of Congress is hereby granted to the State of New York to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Allegheny River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Red House, Cattaraugus County, New York, Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment.expressly reserved. Approved, April 12, 1930.
