CHAP. 139.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the State of Illinois to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge across the Little Calumet River on South Halsted Street at One hundred and thirtieth Street, in Cook County, State of Illinois. February 13, 1931.[[H. R. 154333](/us/bill/71/hr/15433).][[Public, No. 637](/us/pl/71/637).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Little Calumet River.Illinois may bridge, on South Halsted Street, Cook County.
That the consent of Congress is hereby granted the State of Illinois to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Little Calumet River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, on South Halsted Street at One hundred and thirtieth Street, between sections 32 and 33, township 37 north, range 14 east, third principal meridian, in accordance with the provisions Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 13, 1931.
