CHAP. 138.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the State of Minnesota to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge across the Mississippi River near Bemidji, Minnesota. February 13, 1931.[[H. R. 15366](/us/bill/71/hr/15366).][[Public, No. 636](/us/pl/71/636).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mississippi River.Minnesota may bridge, near Bemidji. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the State of Minnesota to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Mississippi River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, on Trunk Highway Numbered 8 between sections 14 and 23, township 146 north, range 32 west, fifth principal meridian, Beltrami County, near Bemidji, Minnesota, in accordance with the Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 13, 1931.
