CHAP. 123.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the State of New York to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge across the Delaware River at or near Beerston, New York. April 8, 1930.[[H. R. 9038](/us/bill/71/hr/9038).][[Public, No. 105](/us/pl/71/105).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Delaware River.New York may bridge, at Beerston, That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the State of New York to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Delaware River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation at or near Beerston, Delaware County, New York, and Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, April 8, 1930.
