CHAP. 111.— Joint Resolution Making an appropriation for participation by the United States in the International Fur Trade Exhibition and Congress to be held in Leipzig, Germany, in 1930. Res., No. 59](/us/71/pubres/59).] Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the sum ofInternational Fur Trade Exhibition and Congress.Appropriation for participating In.*Ante*, p. 87 $30,000 is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to remain available until June 30, 1931, for the expenses of participation by the United States in the International Fur Trade Exhibition and Congress to be held in Leipzig, Germany, in 1930, including the compensation of employees in the District of Columbia and elsewhere, but not including expenses or salaries of delegates, for preparation, transportation, andPreparation of exhibit. demonstration of an appropriate exhibit portraying the development of the fur industry in the United States, the production, conservation, and utilization of fur as a natural resource, transportation, subsistence or per diem in lieu of subsistence, printing and binding, rent, and other necessary expenses, as authorized by the public resolution approved March 21, 1930.
So much of the amountFunds transferred to Department of Agriculture. herein appropriated as may be necessary for these purposes may be transferred by the Secretary of State, with the consent of the Secretary of Agriculture, to the Department of Agriculture, for direct expenditure. Approved, April 7, 1930.
