CHAP. 109.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the township of Aurora, Illinois, to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge across the Fox River at or near the village of North Aurora, Illinois. R. 6133](/us/bill/71/hr/6133).][[Public, No. 94](/us/pl/71/94).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the consentFox River.Aurora Township, Ill., may bridge, in North Aurora. of Congress is hereby granted to the township of Aurora, Illinois, to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Fox River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near State Street, in the village of North Aurora, Illinois, in accordance with the provisions of an ActConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, April 7, 1930.
