CHAP. 108.— An Act To extend the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the Missouri River at or near Randolph, Missouri. February 6, 1931.[[S. 5360](/us/bill/71/s/5360).][[Public, No. 609](/us/pl/71/609).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the timesMissouri River.Time extended for bridging, at Randolph, Mo. for commencing and completing the construction of the bridge across the Missouri River at or near Randolph, Missouri, authorized to be built by The Kansas City Southern Railway Company, its suc-1064cessors and assigns, by the Act of Congress approved May 24, 1928, *Ante*, p. 328, amended.heretofore extended by Acts of Congress approved March 1, 1929, and May 14, 1930, are hereby further extended one and three years respectively, from May 24, 1931.
Sec. 2. Amendment. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 6, 1931.
