That there is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $300,000, to remain available until June 30, 1931, for completing the repair, equipment, and restoration of the Vol. 43. p. 1278.frigate Constitution, as authorized by the Act approved March 4, 1925 (Forty-third Statutes at Large, page 1278).
