Res., No. 28](/us/bill/71/pubres/28).] Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,Emergency appropriations. That the following sums are appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise Department of Justice.appropriated, for the fiscal year 1930 to cover certain emergencies in the Department of Justice:
Expenses, Settlement of War Claims Act, 1928.Vol. 45, p. 254.*Post*, p. 84.Settlement of War Claims Act of 1928: For protecting the interests of the United States in claims arising under the Settlement of War Claims Act of 1928, including personal services in the District of Columbia and elsewhere, traveling expenses, and the employment of experts at such rates of compensation as may be determined by the *Proviso*.Pay restriction.Attorney General, $62,000: *Provided*, That no salary shall be paid hereunder at a yearly rate in excess of $10,000 and not more than two salaries shall be paid hereunder at a yearly rate in excess of $9,000.

Sequoyah Orphan Training School, Okla.Electric expenses.Sequoyah Orphan Training School, Tahlequah, Oklahoma:
For construction and equipment of electric lines, including payment to the city of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, for cost of construction of a power line from Tahlequah, Oklahoma, to the Sequoyah Orphan Training School, $7,500. Approved, December 20, 1929.
