Allen, Coast Guard.Settlement of claims for difference in pay, etc., authorized.of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Chief Yeoman Will J. Allen, United States Coast Guard, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $80 in settlement of a supplemental claim for differences in pay and allowances due him because of his services in the World War, this sum having been erroneously omitted from the statement submitted to the Court of Claims.
