R. 12775](/us/bill/70/hr/12775).][[Public, No. 678](/us/pl/70/678).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the title andLopez Island, Wash.Land on, granted to San Juan County, for park purposes. fee to lot 2 of section 2 in township 35 north, range 2 west, Willamette meridian, in San Juan County, in the State of Washington, being situated within an abandoned military reservation on Lopez Island in said county, said lot containing twenty-two acres, be, and the same is hereby, granted, on the payment to the United States ofPayment required. $1.25 per acre subject to the condition and reversion hereinafter provided for, to the said county for recreational and public-park purposes in addition to and enlargement of the park granted to saidAdditional to former grant.Vol. 44, p. 298. county of San Juan, State of Washington, by the Act of Congress of April 17, 1926: *Provided*, That if said lands shall not be used for*Provisos*.Reversion for nonuser.Subject to county roads right of way.Vol. 43, p. 957. the purposes hereinabove mentioned, the same or such part thereof not used shall revert to the United States: *Provided further*, That said land shall be subject to the right of way for county roads granted to the county authorities of San Juan County, State of Washington, by the Act of Congress of February 21, 1925 (Forty-third Statutes, page 957): *Provided further*, That there shall be reserved to the United States all gas, oil, coal, or other mineralMineral deposits reserved. deposits found at any time in the said lands and the right to prospect for, mine, and remove the same.
